Exporting provides you with the following information:
Child Name
Gender
DOB
Address
Email Address
Parent Name
Mobile Number
This may be useful if you want to upload the email address to a marketing tool (we recommend MailChimp), or a mass text message service. You can even report on gender or local areas.
Export all details in a register
If you only want mobile numbers, you can get this straight from the register:
To get a full export of the register, hit "Get Contacts" within the register, or the people icon from the schedule, this will produce a report of all the children, that you can then export.
Export all details in a term
Export a term at a time by hitting "Get Contacts" next to your term details, this will produce a report of all the children, that you can then export.
Export all details in your contacts page
You can export your full system straight from the contacts page.
