There may be some classes or terms that you don't want to be visible on your public booking page. Parents can still book the class through invitation or by accessing the class or term link. 

You can make a class invite-only by editing it using the button on the schedule page:

Selecting this option will hide it from your public booking page, but parents with the direct link or who have been invited by you can still book:

You can send an invite to parents to book from the register, all you need is their email address:

Hide a full term from the public schedule page by switching on the invite-only setting which you can find at the top of your term:
